Put together an Action Plan for how your school/team might use the findings from Sian Beilock\’s research to reduce Math Anxiety in Term 2. You could work on this over a period of time individually for your classroom, or in groups with other teachers at your school who are also taking this course.

You may use the discussion board in this session to describe your whole school approach, or upload photos or documents to share your ideas with other teachers. Please feel free to refer to the resources in all three sessions to complete this task. If you use google classroom, you may wish to link your lessons here, or to use a Google Doc or Google Sheet to develop your action plan. Over the course of the year, we welcome you to come back to this board and update your plan or documents and let your colleagues around the world know how your Action Plan worked for you and what you might change next year.
Your Action plan does not need to be lengthy, and it can take any format you choose. There are no right or wrong answers to this activity. Teachers from different schools may have very different looking Action Plans. The goal of this activity is for you to write down a practical strategy for addressing Math Anxiety that is realistic and applicable to your classroom and school setting.
